At Teasifi, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
  • Items customized specifically for you are not eligible for returns.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate or personal care products
  • Products returned due to customer preference (e.g., size or color mismatch) unless an error was made on our part

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and issued to your original payment method.
  • If the product is damaged or defective upon delivery, you may opt for a replacement instead of a refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account or payment platform.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank as processing times vary.
  3. If still unresolved, contact us at support@teasifi.com.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only allowed for items that arrive damaged or defective. To initiate an exchange, email support@teasifi.com within 30 days of delivery.

Shipping Returns

To return a product, mail it to the following address:
217 Wrangler Drive, Coppell, Texas, 75019.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Consider using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return delivery.

Claims for Lost or Damaged Products

For lost packages or items damaged during transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Photographic evidence may be required.
